This client came to me wanting to lose weight and build stamina—and he’s done exactly that.
He lost over 8kg through home workouts, using just bodyweight and resistance bands. We worked around an old knee injury, gradually rebuilding strength and confidence. Now, he’s back to running and has taken his badminton game to a new level.
But it’s not just the physical results that matter.
His daughter began joining in with his workouts, turning training into something they enjoy together. It’s become more than just exercise—it’s time well spent, new habits formed, and a lifestyle that fits.
