Cancellation Policy
Payment Policy Advance Payment: All sessions must be paid for upfront. Once payment is received, credits will be added to your account in the app. You can then use these credits to book your sessions. Credit System: Each Personal Training session requires 1 credit. Purchasing Credits: Individual Session (PAYG): 1 credit 8-Session Block: 8 credits 12-Session Block: 12 credits 16-Session Block: 16 credits Block Bookings with Installments: At my discretion I can offer block bookings to be paid in installments. If you are paying for a block booking in installments, you’ll receive credits in line with your payments. For example, if you select a 12-session block and pay in 2 installments, you’ll get 6 credits after the first payment and the remaining 6 credits after the second payment. Cancellation Policy: I require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of sessions. If you cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours’ notice your credit will be refunded. Cancellations/rescheduled sessions made with less than 24 hours notice of the scheduled session will not be refunded. No-shows will also have the credit deducted for the session with no refunds. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible to avoid any credits being lost. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for a session, the session will still end at the scheduled time. This ensures that other clients are not inconvenienced. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session will be considered a no-show. Health and Safety: You will have completed a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ) form when booking your initial session. Please inform me of any new/ changes to medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns prior to starting a session. It is your responsibility to ensure you are physically fit to participate in the training sessions. If your PARQ form highlights a referral for any condition it is your responsibility to ensure you seek advice from the relevant professional. Commitment to Results: Consistency is key to achieving your fitness goals. I encourage you to attend all scheduled sessions and follow the program designed for you.
