What began as a weight loss goal has turned into something much bigger. Yes, she’s dropped weight and gained confidence—but more importantly, she’s discovered a genuine love for fitness through lifting.
Now she’s continuing her journey with 1:1 PT sessions and bootcamp, getting stronger every week.
